Overview
Daniel Parkinson is a Photographer, Designer and Illustrator hailing from the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia, and has been working professionally in the commercial graphics industry for over fifteen years, and has worked professionally as a photographer for the last five years, after picking up a camera during a large stint in the creative department of Brainwaave Interactive, then later to become part of Beyond International.

Daniel has worked extensively for many different companies and studios, numerous freelance assignments both large and small, to large corporate commissions both here in Australia, and abroad in the UK as the Creative Director of the midlands firm Silverdigital.

Having started as junior designer on skateboard magazine, using manual paste-up techniques, Daniel is now at the leading edge of digital design and photography using Mac based systems, running the latest CS3 software, and Final Cut suite editing systems. His latest role, was the Creative Director and videographer for the U.S. based Savvy.com, an online men's lifestyle magazine, that ranks in the top 5000 on Alexa statistical analysis.

He is well known in the Australia music industry for his extensive work the with cult Australian band, The Hanging Tree, and also for his work on the acclaimed release The New Normal, by Sydney band Cog.
